Terms of Service

Tales on 2 Wheels is a volunteer-run motorcycle riding club based in Bengaluru, India. By creating an account, registering for a ride or riding with us you accept these terms, the Riding Guidelines and the Privacy Policy. Membership is free; individual rides may carry a fee for stays, food or support.

• Give accurate details and keep them current — the ride crew relies on them.
• One account per person, used only by you. Keep your password to yourself.
• We may limit or block an account that breaks these terms or the Riding Guidelines, or that puts other riders at risk.

• Registration is per ride. Slots can be limited, and registration may open in stages for core members, T2W Riders and other riders.
• A registration is confirmed only when the ride crew confirms it. Until then you may be waitlisted, and a confirmed rider who drops out frees the slot.
• Fees and refunds follow the cancellation terms shown on that ride's registration form. Unless those terms say otherwise, a fee is non-refundable once paid, except when the club cancels the ride.
• The club may change a ride's route, dates or plan, or cancel it, for weather, safety or other reasons.

• You must hold a valid licence and insurance, and ride a registered, roadworthy motorcycle with the gear the Riding Guidelines require. A helmet is mandatory.
• Follow the Riding Guidelines and the lead and sweep riders. No alcohol or drugs before or during a ride.
• You ride at your own risk. You are responsible for your own conduct, your safety, traffic offences and any damage you cause.
• As you agree on every registration form, you indemnify and hold harmless T2W and its volunteers against third-party claims arising from your actions during a ride.

T2W is a community of riders, not a tour operator, transport service or insurer. Group rides carry real risks. To the extent Indian law allows, the club and its volunteers are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a ride or from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

• You keep ownership of the posts, tales, photos and comments you publish. You give T2W permission to show them on the site and the club's own channels, credited to you.
• Post only what you have the right to post, and nothing unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may edit or remove content that breaks this rule.

The site is provided as it is, maintained by volunteers, and may change or be unavailable at times. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with other members' use of it.

When these terms change we update them here with a new date; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Questions: Info@taleson2wheels.com.
